Cream CE with separate Torque Server

If the Torque Server host is different than Cream CE host:

• Add Cream CE host to /etc/hosts.equiv
• Make sure that WN can do ssh to CE

VOMS server certificates

Remember to install all the VOMS server certificates of the VOs you want to support. Copy .pem files in /etc/grid-security/vomsdir.
