How To Run ARATopQuarkAnalysis

Introduction

This page describes how to run the ARATopQuarkAnalysis within different releases.

Release Recipes

Release 15.6.13.3.2

  • Create your directory : 
    mkdir ~/athena/TopPhys-15.6.13.3.2
  • Go to your directory and create the following script to run on lxplus: txt
  • Execute the script: 
    source setup.sh
  • Checkout the necessary packages:
    • cmt co -r Generators/GenAnalysisTools/TruthUtils
      • Compile this package with: 
         source setup.sh; make
    • cmt co -r TrigBunchCrossingTool-00-00-08 Trigger/TrigAnalysis/TrigBunchCrossingTool
    • cmt co -r TrigConfigSvc-00-03-45-07 Trigger/TrigConfiguration/TrigConfigSvc
      • Compile these packages with:
         cd Trigger/TrigAnalysis/TrigBunchCrossingTool/cmt
 cmt br source setup.sh; cmt br make
    • cmt co -r JetSimTools-00-01-23 Reconstruction/Jet/JetSimTools
      • Change some scripts in the src directory:
      • Compile these packages with:
         cd Trigger/TrigAnalysis/TrigBunchCrossingTool/cmt
 cmt br source setup.sh; cmt br make
    • cmt co -r ARATopQuarkAnalysis-00-01-22 $SVNGRP/Institutes/LPC/LPCAT/ARATopQuarkAnalysis
      • Change some scripts in the src directory:
        • ARATruthProcess.py to include the final decays:
      • Copy these files to the ARATopQuarkAnalysis/run directory:
      • Compile this package with: 
         cmt br source setup.sh; cmt br make
 source setup.sh
