General information (talk by A. Cervera)

Plenary program (talk by A. Cervera)
- Most speakers have been contacted. 15 out of 25 have already accepted.
- Speakers list should be ready in two weeks
Plenary program: neutrino scattering (comments by J. Morfin)
- A reduced group of people (part of SPC and LOC, and WG2) led my J. Morfin have been discussing neutrino scattering talks in the plenary programme during the last two weeks. They have came to an agreement on contents, titles and speakers (see Plenary Programme)
WG1 (comments by P. Hernández on pdf file above)
- Most talks and a good fraction of the speakers have been proposed.
- Some fine tuning in joint sessions with WG2 is still needed
- main issue are joint sessions with WG3 (see below)
- Mark Messier will think about possible speakers for platinum talk
- Paolo Strolin suggests Hiroshi Shibuya for the MECC talk, since they have done some recent work on the subject
WG2 (comments by K. Mcfarland on WG2 wiki page)
- Most talks and a good fraction of the speakers have been proposed.
- Again, issues are in joint sessions.
- No discussion yet with WG4
- Some mismatch in session contents with WG1. Not far from solution.
- Worries about Platinum talk by NOVA person in silver session. This talk should be well focused on a future detector, although experience from NOVA might be very useful
WG3 (comments by M. Meddahi on pdf file above)
- Talks have been defined and most speakers proposed
- Some issues in joint sessions
- No discussion yet with WG4.
- WG1: beta-beams. Several solutions have been proposed
- First part of the session is parallel between WG1 and WG3. In the second part there is a summary (short) talk by each of the groups and then the discussion
- The joint part is moved to somewhere else. We could try to find an hour somewhere
- Parallel sessions inside WG3
- Suggestions are welcomed ...
WG4 (email by J. Miller on March 16th. See pdf file above )
- General comments in the meeting:
- Joint sessions with WG2 and WG3 should be better defined
- Email contact between conveners needed
- Email by J. Miller on March 16th:
- Three pure WG4 sessions are proposed. The rest are parallel
- 1 with WG1-WG3: Experience from the operation of current neutrino beams
- 3 with WG3: Proton Driver, Target, Front End
- 1 with WG2: electroweak phyiscs
- No special request (in principle) for parallel sessions.
Final discussion and next meeting

- Aims for next meeting are:
- All WGs at the save level
